Urban Solutions will host a free forum open to San Francisco Bay Area small businesses, focusing on legal and human resource issues specifically designed to protect small businesses. A panel discussion of legal professionals will address common pitfalls for small business employers and what to do to proactively address these issues and prevent lawsuits from employees. The panel discussion will be followed by one-on-one sessions between entrepreneurs and pro bono employment attorneys to answer their own general employment practice questions, as well as appointment sign-ups for small businesses to have their personnel policies reviewed during Urban Solutions' Legal Office Hours.

for Entrepreneurs for referrals to other resources
for your business legal issue.
During your appointment, Hanson
Bridgett lawyers will be available to discuss
your business transactions, common legal terms
used in the business world, and the impact of
your business decisions on your legal rights and
obligations. Raise questions concerning:
